Our History

Our History

FFC operates as a non-profit with fiscal sponsorship from Forest Unlimited a 501 c 3. The advisory board includes: Forest Unlimited, Russian Riverkeeper, Dan and Quincey Imhoff & Lucy Kotter. Our team of engaged community members is impressive.

Our History

Our History

Our History

As neighbors and concerned members of the community we came together in 2017 to defend our watershed from an aggressive logging plan upstream. In 2018 FFC won a lawsuit against CalFire for approving a flawed plan. We continue our vigilance and will continue to work with biologists, engineers, geologists, conservationists and the community at large. See NEWS for up to date information.
